Have you tried Chao Cheese? It’s my favorite! And these little beauties are a delicious creation.
Portobello mushrooms (how ever many you feel like eating, or serving)
Chao cheese, cut into 1 inch squares
Fresh spinach leaves
Salt, pepper, garlic powder, cayenne pepper
Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Very lightly grease a baking sheet.
Clean and de-stem mushrooms.
Flip, mound side up. Lightly spritze with cooking spray and lightly season with salt, pepper, garlic and cayenne. Flip over and place on baking sheet.
Fold a leaf of spinach into fours, until it fits somewhat inside of the mushroom. Top with cheese and sliced jalapeÃ±o. Lightly spray with cooking spray again and place in oven.
Roast for approximately 7 minutes.
