Again, this post is in request of simple, no effort, meal ideas for the transitioning vegan or plant-based warrior. We all become accustomed to ways of eating and sometimes it can be difficult to step outside of our well established repository of recipes without some assistance. This is high carb (oh no!), tasty and takes no effort to prepare! This is definitely a favorite combination.

Ingredients

3 Minutes

  • Favorite bagel (I prefer Onion or Everything)

  • Go Veggie Vegan Cream Cheese (holy yum, this stuff is good!!)

  • 2 roma tomatoes, lightly seasoned with salt, garlic powder and pepper

  • 1 jalapeno, sliced

Preparation

  1. Put all ingredients on a toasted bagel and enjoy the s*** out of it!
