I can’t even begin to tell you how good this is.


  • Sweet potato

  • All natural peanut butter

  • Banana, sliced

  • Maple syrup


  1. Peel and thinly slice sweet potato – approximately 1/4 inch thick, more or less.

  2. Toast on highest setting, numerous times, until sweet potatoes begin to brown and the inside is soft. This should take about 15 minutes.

  3. Top with peanut butter, banana and a light drizzle of maple syrup. It’s wonderful for breakfast or a snack! Sweet tooth satisfied!
