This is a sweet, rich and slightly tangy appetizer that is quick and easy to make. Thank you Camille’s Style!

  • 1 french baguette or country loaf (the less holes, the better)

  • Extra virgin olive oil

  • Wedge of creamy blue cheese

  • 1 asian pear, thinly sliced

  • Fresh thyme

  • Honey, drizzled

  • Sea salt


5 Minutes

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Slice bread into small serving sizes. Lightly brush with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt. Bake for approximately 3 minutes, until slightly crispy.

  3. While still warm, spread approximately a teaspoon of blue cheese on each crostini. Top with sliced pear. Drizzle with with honey and sprinkle with thyme.
