This is a sweet, rich and slightly tangy appetizer that is quick and easy to make. Thank you Camille’s Style!
1 french baguette or country loaf (the less holes, the better)
Extra virgin olive oil
Wedge of creamy blue cheese
1 asian pear, thinly sliced
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Slice bread into small serving sizes. Lightly brush with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt. Bake for approximately 3 minutes, until slightly crispy.
While still warm, spread approximately a teaspoon of blue cheese on each crostini. Top with sliced pear. Drizzle with with honey and sprinkle with thyme.
