Okay, okay, so there is literally nothing special about this recipe. But in recent weeks, I have had people ask me for advice on quick and easy meals and snacks, to get them thinking outside of the usual. This is one of my favorite dinner pairings or raw food snacks.
Nut of choice (I prefer walnuts, but this photo is shown with pine nuts… it’s what I had lying around! Sliced almonds would be nice, as well)
Nutritional Yeast (optional)
Balsamic dressing of preference (I really like Newman’s Own Organic Balsamic Dressing)
Mix all listed vegetables in the size desired. Top with nutritional yeast and dressing!
