You know you wanna eat some sloppy Janes.

Ingredients

  • 2 (14 oz) packs of extra firm tofu

  • 1 tablespoon Vegan Worcestershire (easier to find than you might think! My local cheap brand does not use anchovies, so… vegan! And, for me, this happened by accident! Because who the hell knew Worcestershire used anchovies?! Just check the label). Moving on…

  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 can of Hunts Original Manwich

  • Burger buns

  • Serve with: potato chips and even use them as a spoon on the flopped over slop!

  • Note: Don’t have nutritional yeast? Don’t worry about it. Don’t want to mince garlic? Don’t worry about. Just moisten up that tofu with some olive oil for baking and then mix with the Manwich. It’s all good!
