4 bunches of chard (rainbow or swiss, it all tastes delicious)
1/2 teaspoon olive oil
2-4 cloves of garlic
salt and pepper to taste (a little goes a long, long way! So be careful!)
Wash and de-stem chard.
- Revel in its beauty.
- Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large pan.
- Place handful of chard in the pan at a time, turning the leaves as it wilts, adding more as it will fit (a lot of chard goes a little way).
- As chard all becomes wilted, add garlic, salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Serve hot.
