rainbow chard kitchen flex chard sauteed 2


  • 4 bunches of chard (rainbow or swiss, it all tastes delicious)

  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil

  • 2-4 cloves of garlic

  • salt and pepper to taste (a little goes a long, long way! So be careful!)


  1. Wash and de-stem chard.

  2. Revel in its beauty.
  3. Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large pan.
  4. Place handful of chard in the pan at a time, turning the leaves as it wilts, adding more as it will fit (a lot of chard goes a little way).
  5. As chard all becomes wilted, add garlic, salt and pepper. Mix well.
  6. Done!
  7. Serve hot.
