10 Minutes

  • 8-10 large carrots, washed and peeled

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons honey, warmed
  • salt and black pepper to taste


1 Hours    

  1. Wash and peel carrots. Place on a tin foil lined cookie sheet.

  2. Drizzle carrots with olive oil and honey. Add salt and pepper – a relatively generous amount.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees F for approximately 1 hour – checking for tenderness at 45 minutes. Serve warm.
