Simple. Tasty. A recipe to get your own ideas flowing! This has a very fresh and light flavor, but check out some of my grilled veggies sandwiches! Nom!

Ingredients

5 Minutes

  • Fresh sliced bread of choice

  • Mediterranean hummus (or hummus flavor of choice)

  • 4-6 cucumber slices, seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder and nutritional yeast (optional)

  • 1/2 a grated carrot

  • 1/2 an avocado

  • Bean sprouts

  • Spinach

  • Pickled beets

Preparation

  1. Arrange everything on a sandwich and enjoy!
